The challenge

The company wanted to reuse technical design information for both CNC machining and panel optimisation. Operators needed to reprogram as little as possible, while the production planner retained visual control over what would be produced.

The chosen solution

KORPUS provides the basis for design, parts and CNC control. AutoFIT uses the part information to optimise cutting plans for the beam saw and allocate panel materials clearly across orders.
